Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Service Of Organizing A Five-Day Trip For Families Covered By The Future With A Family Written Project, Implemented By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Świdnica In Partnership With The Ładne Historie Foundation, As Part Of The Future With A Family Written Project, Hereinafter Referred To As The Project, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus, Implemented Under The European Funds For Social Development Program 2021-2027, Activity 5.1 Social Innovations (Innovative Social Activities) Under The Name Of The Workshop Education In Values And Planning The Future, I.E. Scenarios Written By Families. Order Description: Participants Of The Trip (Uw), Up To 74 People: 1) Up To 16 Families - Participants Of The Project (Up), Including Up To 19 Adults And Up To 43 Children And Youth; 2) 4 Trainers; 3) 6 Team Members Specialists Working With Families (Team Members Are Appointed By The Ordering Party); 4) 2 Animators. The Indicated Number Of People May Change. Currently, The Ordering Party Is Unable To Predict The Final Number Of Participants In The Trip. The Ordering Party Will Cover The Costs Actually Incurred By The Contractor, I.E. It Will Pay For Each Participant (Uw) Who Will Take Part In The Trip. The Project Participants (Up) Do Not Include People With Mobility Disabilities That Make It Difficult To Move And Self-Service. Place Of Implementation: Preferred Up To 150 Km From Świdnica. Time Of Implementation: Five Days In A Row Within The Deadline July 13-17, 2026. First Day, Departure Possible From 07:00, Last Day - Return To Świdnica Until 19:00. The Order Includes, Among Others: I. Transport Of Project Participants (Up); Ii. Accommodation Of Trip Participants (Uw);Iii. Full Board For The Participants Of The Trip (Uw); Iv. Insurance Of Project Participants (Up). I. Transport:1.
