1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Food Products For Municipal Kindergarten No. 5 With Integration Branches In Piekary Śląskie. The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex 1 To The Swz. 1.2 The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Contractor May Submit Only One Offer, Which Includes: - Various Food Products; - Animal Or Vegetable Oils And Fats; - Eggs;- Products Of Grinded Starch Grains And Starch Products;- Various Food Products;- Mineral Water;- Dairy Products;- Deep Frozen Products - Milk;- Dietary Productsthe Order Includes In Particular The Successive Delivery Of The Products Listed In Annex 1, According To The Ordering Partys Needs, Reported To The Contractor In The Form Of Partial Orders. Delivery Of Products Also Includes Unloading And Bringing Them To Places Indicated By Authorized Employees Of The Ordering Party. The Delivered Products Should Be: 1) Of Full Value, I.E. Of Appropriate Quality And Freshness, With A Use-By Date Not Shorter Than 2 Weeks From The Date Of Delivery, With The Exception Of Products Whose Shelf Life Is Shorter Due To The Type Of Product. 2) Located In The Manufacturers Original Packaging Marked And Containing Information Regarding: The Name And Address Of The Manufacturer, The Name Of The Distributor, The Name Of The Product, Its Class, Quality, Date Of Production, Shelf Life, Batch Number, Information On Allergens And Nutritional Value And Other Information Required By Applicable Regulations; 3) Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 (Journal Of Laws 2016.1154 Of 2016/08/01) On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Educational System Units And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of Collective Feeding Of Children And Adolescents In These Units; 4) Collection Of Returnable Packaging Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Scope And Quantity Of Orders And Thus Not To Use The Entire Order Up To 30%.
