For The Onshore Acceptance Of Dredged Material, The Hpa Operates Various Handling And Dredged Material Treatment Plants In Francop, Finkenwerder Vorhafen, Moorburg Mitte/Ost And Ellerholz, Which Are Approved In Accordance With The Federal Immission Control Act (Bimschg). Through A Europe-Wide Negotiation Process, The Control And Monitoring Services For The Above-Mentioned Treatment Systems During An Induction Process And Handling Work Are To Be Awarded To An External Company. The Contractors Control Tasks Include Monitoring And Regulating The Flushing Pipes Before And During A Flushing Process, Detecting Leaks And Anomalies And Reporting Them Immediately If They Occur. The Tasks Also Include Keeping A Construction Diary With The Recording Of Essential Data Such As Start/End Time, Temperature, Date, Etc. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Professional Documentation Of The Entire Measure.
