The Order Includes Cleaning Of Office Rooms, Guest Rooms Along With Changing Bed Linen (3 Rooms), Technical Rooms, Sanitary Rooms, Communication Routes (Stairs, Corridors, Elevator), Theater Studios, Main Warehouse, Costume Warehouse, Archives, Dressing Rooms, Rehearsal Rooms, Employee Buffet, Nova Scena With Adjacent Areas - 5 Days A Week From Monday To Friday From 6:00–10:00 (The Ordering Party Suggests 4-5 People). Nova Scena With Adjacent Areas, I.E. An Auditorium With Facilities, A Foyer, A Spectator Room, Toilets, A Café And An Employee Buffet From Monday To Sunday From 6:00 – 22:00. Cleaning Of The Nova Stage Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Repertoire And Rehearsal Schedule. Cleaning Must Be Completed 1 Hour Before The Start Of The Performance. During Rehearsals And Performances (Morning And Evening), There Should Be At Least 1 Cleaning Person On Duty, Depending On The Needs Of The Stage, According To The Weekly Schedule Of Rehearsals And Performances And The Repertoire. Choir And Ballet Rehearsal Rooms, Recording Studio, Music Room On The 3Rd Floor. And Dressing Rooms, From Monday To Sunday From 6:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M. Cleaning The Main Stage With The Audience, Boxes, Main Entrances To The Theatre, Foyer With Adjacent Areas, Orchestra Pit, Toilets, Cloakrooms For Spectators, Buffet For The Audience, Dressing Rooms In The Basement, 1St Floor, 2Nd Floor. – Tuesday-Sunday 6:00-23:00. Ticket Office + Corridor In Front Of The Ticket Office - From Monday To Sunday From 6:00 A.M. To 10:00 A.M., During Snowfall, Cleaning Is To Be Continuous. (The Ordering Party Suggests 5-6 People), During Rehearsals (Morning, Evening) And The Performance, 3 Marshals Should Be On Duty Depending On The Needs Of The Stage According To The Schedule Of Rehearsals And Performances And The Repertoire. During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have Valid Civil Liability Insurance For Damage Caused While Performing The Activities Covered By This Contract In An Amount Not Less Than Pln 1,000,000 (One Million Zlotys). Employment Under An Employment Contract. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, At Least Four People Performing The Work Of Cleaners/Cleaners Under An Employment Contract Of ½ Time Each. This Requirement Also Applies In The Event Of Entrusting The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract To A Subcontractor.
