The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Transportation And Disposal Of Waste From Wastewater Treatment Plants In Nemetin, Laslov, Belišće, Donji Miholjec And Petrijevci. The Service Consists Of: - Waste Transportation Service From The Wastewater Treatment Plant To The Location Of Permanent Disposal; - Waste Disposal Services From Wastewater Treatment Plants. The Execution Of The Service Must Be In Accordance With The Positive Regulations Of The Republic Of Croatia, Which Regulate The Field Of Waste Transportation And Disposal. The Performance Of The Service Implies The Delivery Of A Signed And Properly Filled Out Supporting Sheet After Taking Over The Shipment, As Well As The Delivery Of The Waste Sheet Within 3 Days From The Day Of Taking Over The Waste. The Service Is Performed At The Request Of The Client Without Restrictions, I.E. 24 Hours A Day, Seven Days A Week, In Accordance With The Response Time From The Offer.
