Toilet Paper, Handkerchiefs, Hand Towels And Napkins – Framework Agreement For The Procurement And Delivery Of Hygiene Products For Properties In Garching. The Contractors Scope Of Services Includes The Needs-Based Procurement, Packaging And Delivery Of The Items Defined In The Separate List Of Services (Appendix 11 Of The Tender Documents). These Are The Following Items: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Paper Towel Dispensers, Soap And Disinfectant Dispensers, Soap Cartridges, Toilet Wall Sets, Toilet Brushes, Toilet Pot Sets, Wire Mesh Baskets, Cosmetic Bins, Hygiene Bag Dispensers, Hygiene Bags, Urinal Inserts, Scent Dispensers, Scent Dispenser Refill Sets, Microfiber Cloths, Toilet Paper Roll Holders And Toilet Paper Dispensers. -- The Quantities Stated For Each Item In The List Of Services Are Non-Binding Estimates Of The Expected Annual Requirements, Which Are Based On The Experience Of The Last Four Years. They Only Serve As A Calculation Basis For The Offer. The Client Is Not Obliged To Accept The Estimated Quantities In Full. The Actual Call Quantities Depend On The Specific Requirements During The Contract Term. -- For The Framework Agreement, A Binding Maximum Quantity Per Item Is Set In The Service Specifications. As Soon As This Maximum Quantity Defined For The Individual Article Is Reached, The Framework Agreement For This Individual Article Is Considered Exhausted And Ends Automatically, Even If The Intended Contract Period Has Not Yet Expired. It Is Expressly Made Clear That The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement Does Not Entail Any Obligation To Purchase A Minimum Quantity Or To Achieve A Minimum Order Value. The Actual Need Arises Exclusively From The Clients Individual Requests Depending On The Specific Needs. The Contractor Has No Right To Orders Being Placed In A Specific Amount Or At Specific Times. -- The Hygiene Articles Must Meet The Minimum Requirements Defined In The Specifications For Each Individual Article. Requirements For Environmental Compatibility Are Defined For Individual Items. -- Certain Manufacturer Products Are Specified For Individual Items. These Are To Be Viewed As Binding And Must Be Offered In The Specified Version. Offering Substitute Products Is Not Permitted. -- The Services Are Called Up As Required By The Clients Employees Who Are Authorized To Do So (Individual Calls). The Subject Of The Contractors Service Is The Provision, Implementation, Maintenance And Support Of A Web-Based Online Ordering System (Web Shop) For Ongoing Order Processing. The Client Reserves The Right To Adjust The Number And Exact Location Of Delivery Points In Garching (Campus Area And Garching-Hochbrück) During The Contract Term (E.G.
