The Client Requires Services For The Maintenance, Further Development And Support Of The Ejustice Basic Services. This Individual Software Consists Of The Parts Ekp And Eip. The Ekp Represents A Central Infrastructure Component For The Respective State Judicial Administration, With Which The Communication Scenarios Desired In The Federal State Can Be Implemented. The Ekp Consists Of Reusable Services And Processes And A Service-Oriented Approach. The Electronic Integration Portal (Eip) Combines Electronic Files, Electronic Legal Transactions, Electronic Task Management (Files), Specialized Judicial Procedures And Writing Materials In A Uniform User Interface. Eip Enables The Ergonomic Interaction Of The Individual Components As Well As Electronic File And Process Processing And Also Offers The Integration Of Web Services, Ms Office Applications And A Structuring Tool. The Individual Software Is Used In Different It Infrastructure Environments In The Network Countries.
