It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Implementation And Support Of A New Hospital Information System. Klief Is A Rehabilitation Hospital In Ostend, Belgium, Which, Due To A Phasing Out Of The Existing Obasi Software Package, Is Tendering The Government Contract For The Implementation And Support Of A Replacement Software Package. Obasi Is Currently Used For The Following Organizational Processes: • Logistics And Inventory Management; • Accounting And Financial Administration; • Purchase Management; • Patient Management (Admission, Admission, Discharge, Planning); • Invoicing (Vsb, Health Insurance Fund, Patients, Third Party Payer); • Pharmacy Management (Incl. Recip-E, Link To Ehealth Platform); • Optional In Scope: Bi And Reporting, Integrations With Lab And Radiology. At The Same Time, We Are Also Running An Implementation Process For A New Epd (Kws, Nexuzhealth) That Replaces Our Existing Epd (Oxygen, Compugroup). Given The Phasing Out Of Obasi On The One Hand And The Implementation Of Kws On The Other, There Is A Strict Condition That The Implementation Of The New Replacement Software Module(S) Can Be Started And Completed In Close Coordination With All Stakeholders And Within The Shortest Possible Timeframe. The Contracting Authority Expects That The New Hospital Information System Will Go Live By 2028 At The Latest. The Implementation Of The New Software Module(S) Will Start In January 2027 To Ensure That The Implementation Itself Is Carried Out On Time, Qualitatively, Completely And Correctly In Accordance With The Industry Standard. The Contracting Authority Takes Particular Account Of The Mutual (Contracting Authority And Contractor) Required Resources, Manpower Profiles, Project Steps And Planning; Which Is Subject To Validation By The Contracting Authority And Also Constitutes A Crucial Part (Award Factor) For This Contract. This Is A Strategically Important Assignment For Our Organization For Which The Contracting Authority Expects A Highly Integrated Software Package And Information System That Not Only Supports Current And Future Activities, But Is Also Able To More Extensively Digitize Existing Work Processes And Integrate Them Into The Operation Of The Organization. In Addition To The Compatibility Of The Software Product With Our Hospital Processes And Working Methods, The Necessary Certification, The Expertise And Experience With Similar Assignments, There Are Many Elements Associated With This Assignment From A Holistic Perspective And For Which The Contracting Authority Would Like To Gain Insight Into How The Candidate Contractor Feels About This. This Concerns, For Example, But Not Only: Project Methodologies That Can Be Applied, Change Management, Governance And Communication, Partnership, Values And Standards, Training, Effectiveness And Efficiency In Project Implementation, Etc.
