The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Comprehensive Organization Of A 3-Day National Networking Visit For Stakeholders Of The Świętokrzyskie Innovation System To Poznań. 2. The Ordering Party Assumes The Maximum Number Of People Participating In The Networking Visit - 15 People. The Number Of Participants In The Visit May Be Reduced To A Minimum Of 10 People. To Calculate The Gross Offer Price, The Contractor Assumes The Maximum Number Of Participants In The Visit, I.E. 15 People, While Settlements Will Be Made For The Actual Number Of Participants In The Visit At The Unit Price Indicated In The Offer Form. 3. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About The Final Number Of Participants In The Visit No Later Than 5 Days After Concluding The Contract. 4. The Contractors Tasks Will Include, Among Others: 1) Logistical Support For The Networking Visit (Transport, Insurance, Reservation And Purchase Of Possible Tickets To The Places/Institutions/Fairs Indicated In The Plan Of The Networking Visit, Educational Materials, Providing Cultural Attractions), 2) Handling The Networking Visit In Terms Of Providing Accommodation And Meals, 3) Handling The Networking Visit In Terms Of Providing A Guardian Substantive. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz) Of The Order Can Be Found In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. 7. Settlements Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Be Made In Polish Zlotys.
