Prior Information Notice For Scheduled Air Transport Services – 16.08 Flights (2027). Ski Will Conduct A Technical Dialogue, Providing The Market With The Opportunity To Give Input On Parts Of The Expected Tender Material For Ski’S Upcoming Framework Agreement Concerning The Purchase Of Air Journeys For Passenger Transport. The Purpose Of The Dialogue Is To Qualify The Forthcoming Tender Documents Through Feedback From Potential Tenderers. The Technical Dialogue Will Be Carried Out Via The Ethics Platform. For Further Information, Please Refer To Www.Ski.Dk, Where Updates Regarding The Timeline And The Subsequent Procurement Procedure Will Be Published On An Ongoing Basis. The Procurement Is Expected To Be Divided Into Four Route Categories: Domestic Routes Within Denmark, Nordic Routes, European Routes, And Intercontinental Routes. The Framework Agreement Is Expected To Cover Flights Between Two Destinations, Including Both One-Way And Return Trips. Each Route Is Expected To Be Tendered As A Separate Lot, Which Will Be Evaluated, Awarded, And Contract-Managed Individually. For Administrative Reasons, Ski Expects To Publish The Material For All Routes As One Overall Framework Agreement, As The Contractual Documentation Is Largely The Same Across All Routes, With Only Minor Variations. Tenderers Will Be Able To Submit Tenders For One Or More Routes As Desire. Tenderes Shall Complete Date For A Specific Period, Determined By Ski, Providing A Fixed Discount On All Ticket Types Available For Each Route. The Discounts Are Expected To Apply Throughout The Contract Period. Ski Expects To Award Up To Four Suppliers Per Route, With The Possibility Of Awarding Additional Suppliers On Selected, High-Demand Routes. The Framework Agreement Is Primarily Intended For State Customers, Who Will Be Obliged To Use The Agreement To The Extent That Their Needs Can Be Met Under. Other Public Sector Customers Will Be Able To Use The Agreement On A Voluntary Basis. There Will Be No Requirement For Specific Services (Such As Baggage Or Catering) To Be Included In The Ticket Price. For Routes Outside Denmark, Airlines Offering Direct Flights Will Be Given A Favourable Evaluation Adjustment. Suppliers Must Offer One-Way Tickets At The Same Discount Rate As Return Tickets.
