Supporting Services For The Government – Monitoring And Animation Of Planned Operations To Improve Housing In The Old Center Of Bastia 2026-2030. O.P.A.H Urban Renewal - O.P.A.H Degraded Co-Ownerships. As Part Of The Action Coeur De Ville 2 Operation, Two New Opah Urban Renewal And Degraded Co-Ownership Agreements Were Validated In December 2025 In The Old Center For The Period 2026-2030. The City Of Bastia Is Looking For An Experienced And Motivated Team To Ensure The Monitoring And Animation Of These Two Opahs In Order To Continue And Amplify The Rehabilitation Dynamic Underway. This Consultation Is A Public Contract At Mixed Prices, Bringing Together Services Paid On A Fixed Price Basis And Services Paid On The Basis Of Unit Prices Subject To A Single-Award Framework Agreement Concluded With A Maximum Amount Of 100,000 Excluding Tax Over The Duration Of The Contract.
