Structural Shell Work – Shell Construction And Floor Covering Work - Hbs Fasanenkrug. The Fasanenkrug End Point Construction Project Is Located In The Isernhagen Süd District Of The State Capital Hanover On Burgwedeler Straße Immediately North Of The Bab A2 Motorway. Access To The Construction Site Is Possible Via The Streets Mentioned (Public Road Network). The Planned Measure Includes The Expansion And New Construction Of The Track System Over A Length Of Approx. 300 M, The Traffic System Over Approx. 2,300 M² Of Roadway And Approx. 2,800 M² Of Ancillary Facilities (Walking And Cycle Paths). The Following Services Are Part Of This Tender: Shell Construction, Sealing And Cladding Work. Depending On The Construction Phase, Appropriate Measures Will Be Taken During The Construction Work And Traffic Connections Will Be Restricted. During The Construction Work, The Tracks Will No Longer Be Used By Light Rail Line 13 (Fasanenkrug - Hemmingen). A Temporary Stop Was Set Up In Advance, Which Is Located In The Area South Of The Motorway Bridge. During The Closure Break In January 2027, The Contractor Will Dismantle The Construction Switch And Install The New Switch. The Gap Will Be Closed During The Lockdown Break. Üstra Has Set Up Replacement Stops For Bus Traffic So That The Construction Site Is Available To The Contractor Without Major Restrictions. The Client Applies For Any Necessary “Traffic Authority Orders” From The Road Traffic Authority. Traffic Safety Is Provided By The Client.
