Part 1: Thermal Modernization Of The Village Community Center Building In Marcinkowice1) The Scope Of Work Includes: • Modernization Of The Partition - External Wall, • Modernization Of The Partition - Internal Ceiling, • Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation, • Construction Of A Driveway For Disabled People With Complete Balustrades, • Construction Of A Band Around The Building, • Retrofitting A Toilet For Disabled People - Handrails, • Construction Of A Roof Over The Entrance Door, • Making The Inscription Village Community Center In Marcinkowice On The Facade Of The Building. The Detailed Scope Of Works To Be Performed Has Been Specified In The Attached Bill Of Quantities And Design Documentation Together With Stwior. The Contractor, After Reviewing The Design Documentation And Other Documents, Is Obliged To Determine The Scope Of Works Necessary To Achieve The Result. Order Co-Financed Under: Measure 2.1: Energy Efficiency - Subsidies Priority 2 European Funds For The Environment Of The European Funds For Świętokrzyskie Program 2021 - 2027 2) The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In: A) The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Design Documentation And Bills Of Quantities, Which Constitute An Annex To The Swz; B) A Contract Template - Constituting An Annex To The Swz.3) If The Documentation Or Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor - The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows Offering Equivalent Materials Or Devices. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Determine The Minimum Technical, Operational, Utility, Quality And Functional Parameters That The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. The Term Minimum Technical, Operational, Operational, Quality And Functional Parameters Means That The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements For Materials Or Devices Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Manufacturers Websites.
