1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment For The Building Of A Community Center In Trzebiatkowa, Which Consists Of: • Task No. 1: Delivery Of Computer And Multimedia Equipment. The Subject Of The Order For Tasks No. 1-8 Includes The Delivery And Transport Of The Equipment In Question, Equipment Meeting The Requirements Described In Annexes No. 3 And 4, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For The Building Of The Community Center In Trzebiatkowa. The Cost Of Delivery, Preparation Of Equipment For Use Should Be Included In The Price Of The Delivered Items. Products And Should Not Constitute A Separate Item On The Invoice/Bill. The Contractor Must Provide All Devices And Elements Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Whole. If, During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, It Turns Out That Any Device Or Element Is Missing, The Absence Of Which Will Result In Incorrect Functioning Of The Entire Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Deliver It At His Own Expense. The Supplied Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused, Have Warranty Cards And An Operating Manual In Polish, And Must Have Documents Required By Applicable Law Confirming The Ce Marking (Declaration Of Conformity Or Ce Certificate - If Required). All Delivered Products Should Be Consistent With The Concept Of Universal Design Based On Eight Rules: 1) Usability For People With Different Abilities 2) Flexibility In Use 3) Simple And Intuitive Use 4) Clear Information 5) Tolerance For Errors 6) Comfortable Use Without Effort 7) Size And Space Appropriate For Access And Use 8) Perception Of Equality A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Task No. 1-8 Is Described In Annexes No. 3 And 4 To The Swz, Provided That The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Above-Mentioned Documentation. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. If The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Contract Uses Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Products/Source/Particular Process That Could Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Documentation. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order
