3. Subject Of The Order: 3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works For The Project Called Modernization Of The Water Supply Station In The Towns Of Rzeplin, Minoga, Cianowice, Smardzowice In The Skała Commune. The Subject Of The Order Is The Second Part Of The Task Entitled: Development And Modernization Of Sewage And Water Supply Facilities In The Skała Commune.3.2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Justification For Not Dividing The Contract Into Lots: 3.3. The Division Of The Order Is Unjustified. The Buildings That Are The Subject Of The Contract Each Constitute A Technically Usable Whole And Their Division Would Be Unfavorable For The Ordering Party. Moreover, The Scale Of The Order Is Small And, In Connection With The Content Of The Terms Of Participation In The Procedure And The Criteria For Evaluating The Offers, It Should Be Assumed That The Order Can Be Performed By An Averagely Prepared And Experienced Small Or Medium-Sized Entrepreneur From The Construction Industry, Specializing In Construction Works In The General Construction Industry, Operating On The Relevant Market. Therefore, The Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts Has No Impact On The Competitiveness Of The Procedure. Scope Of Work: In The Area Of Water Intakes Subject To Modernization, It Is Planned To Design And Perform The Following Works At Each Water Intake Station: • Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Task, • Replacement Of The Measurement Water Level To Systems Consisting Of Floats And Hydrostatic Probes, • Replacement Of Flow Opening Sensors, • Development Of Technical Monitoring Of The Facility By Preparing Graphic Backgrounds And Placing Active Objects On Them, • Configuring Notifications And Trends, • Implementation Of New Elements In The Existing Scada Application, • Reconfiguration Of The Opc Server, • Defining The Facility In The Scada Application, • Replacement Of Submersible Pumps. Additionally, The Construction Of A Pressure Boosting Station Is Planned For The Water Intake Station In Smardzowice. Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With Art. 103 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, Was Described In The Functional And Utility Program - Annex No. 9 To The Swz. As Part Of The Design Documentation, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With: • Design Documentation For The Construction Project. Number Of Copies - 3 Sets In Paper Version (Including 1 Set Stamped And Approved By The Authority Issuing The Building Permit - If Applicable) And 1 Copy In Electronic Version On Cd/Dvd (.Pdf And .Jpg Formats And .Dwg, .Dxf And .Doc Formats),• Final Decision On The Building Permit And/Or Notification Of Works Depending On Qualification - If Applicable, • Design Technical And Executive.
