The Letterhead Paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorized officer of the firm. 4. COLLECTION OF DOCUMENTS Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the office of the Director, Directorate of Procurement of the University between the hours of 8.30 a.m. and 4:00pm daily upon the presentation of the evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00, paid into the Obafemi Awolowo Universitys Remita account in any reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria. 5. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the technical and financial bids, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the Vice-Chancellor, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife indicating clearly: Project Title and Project Description. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box in sealed envelope in the office of the Director of Procurement, Floor 5, Room 509. University Hall, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, not later than 13th April, 2026. 6. OPENING OF PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at Floor O, in the Committee Room 05 of the University Hall in the presence of bidders or their representatives, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened. Please, ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register in the office of the Director of Procurement, floor 5, University Hall, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, as University will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids. Bids must be in English Language and signed by an official authorised by the bidders. b. Bids submitted after the deadline for submission would be returned un-opened. c. Bidders should NOT bid for more than TWO (2) lots. Violation results in automatic disqualification. d. The University will deal only with authorised officers of the tendering companies and not through individuals or agents acting on their behalf. e. All cost will be borne by the bidders. f. This advertisement of Tender Opportunity shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of the University, nor shall it entitle Applicants to make any claims whatsoever and/or seek any indemnity from the University by virtue of such Applicants having responded to this Advertisement. g. The Technical Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their representatives, CSOs in the areas of Anti-Corruption and Transparency and Private Professional bodies; and will be covered by video recording; invitation link will be sent to bidder who chooses to join the bid opening online; h. Only pre-qualified bidders at technical evaluation will be invited at a later date for financial bids opening, while the financial bids of un-successful bidders will be returned un-opened; i. The University is not bound to pre-qualified any bidder and reserves the right to annul the Procurement process at any time without incurring any liabilities in accordance with Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act, 2007.
