Descriptionbergen Municipality Decided In 2016 That The Establishment Of New Office Workplaces Must Be Designed According To An Activity-Based Workplace Concept With Shared Spaces That Will Contribute To Flexible, Efficient And Attractive Office Premises. Bergen Municipality, At The Agency For Building And Property, Will Enter Into A New Framework Agreement For Workplace Consultancy Services To Cover The Need From 2026 Onwards Based On City Council Case 1385/16 (The Decision From 2016). Entities Ordering New Premises Will Need To Design A New Room And Function Programme, And Prior To This Have A Survey Of Existing Working Methods Carried Out. Furthermore, There May Be A Need For Advice/Design In Connection With Furnishing And Color Choices.Etat For Building And Property Manages, Operates, Maintains And Develops The Municipalitys Properties. The Property Portfolio Consists Of More Than 1,000 Buildings Of Around 1.3 Million Square Meters And 5,000 Undeveloped Properties. Close To 60 Per Cent Of The Buildings Are Schools, Nurseries And Nursing Homes. The Rest Are, Among Other Things, Office Buildings, Port Buildings, Fire Stations, Parking Facilities And Sports Halls.
