Delivery Of Tools, Consumables And Preparations For Cleaning Rolling Stock (Rolling Stock) And Premises, With 2 (Two) Separate Items, As Follows: Separate Item #1 - Supply Of Hygiene Materials Separate Position No. 2 - Delivery Of Hygiene Materials Included In The List Under Article 12 Of The Public Health Act The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is For The Supply Of Tools, Consumables And Preparations For Cleaning Rolling Stock And Premises. The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification And Public Procurement Requirements Of The Contracting Authority From The Participation Documentation. On The Basis Of Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Law On Public Procurement /Ppa/, Item No. 2 In This Public Procurement Is Intended To Be Performed By Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities, Since The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The List Of Goods And Services Under Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Ppa, Which Are Intended For Awarding To Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities Or For Business Entities Whose The Main Goal Is The Social And Professional Integration Of People With Disabilities Or People In A Disadvantaged Position, Adopted By Decision No. 591/18.07.2016 Of The Council Of Ministers, Supplemented By Decision Of The Council Of Ministers No. 516/30.07.2025. ​​​​​​​
