The Regional Government Of Coquimbo Requires The Hiring Of A Consultancy To Carry Out A Basic Study That Evaluates The Feasibility Of The Management And Installation Of The Regional Theater In Accordance With What Is Stated In The Regional Development Strategy 2030 And Its Technical-Administrative Feasibility In Its Execution Stage. The Study Methodology Will Include Qualitative And Quantitative Analysis Techniques, Through Multivariate Collection And Analysis; Citizen Consultations, Surveys, Interviews And Participatory Workshops. Methodological Proposals That Consider The Participation Of Key Actors And The Territorial Approach Will Be Valued. This Study Will Be Carried Out In Eight Stages And Each One Must Include Specific Activities That Ensure Exhaustive Analysis And Adequate Planning. The Details Of The Technical Characteristics Of The Required Contract Are Indicated In The Terms Of Reference.
