Telecommunications Network – Avinor As - K-193093 - Framework Agreement For Voice Communication System (Vcs). Avinor Intends To Enter Into A Single Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Voice Communication Systems. The Framework Agreement Will Have An Initial Duration Of Five Years. Avinor Will Have An Option To Further Extend The Duration Of The Contract By A Period Of Three Years, Giving A Maximum Possible Contract Duration Of Eight Years. In Addition To The Purchase Contract, Avinor Intends To Enter Into A Maintenance Contract For Such Services As Will Normally Be Provided Through Such A Vessel. The Maintenance Contract Shall Be Valid For A Minimum Period Of 10 Years, Followed By Automatic Yearly Renewals. The Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Nok 90 000 000. This Number Does Not Include The Value Of The Maintenance Contract.
