Hire Of Goods-Transport Vehicles With Driver – Removal Services. The Assignment Concerns A Framework Agreement For Small Relocations (Such As The Removal Of Office Furniture, Etc.) Between The Various Stib Buildings Located In The Brussels-Capital Region. This Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With A Maximum Of 2 Contractors, Namely: • One Main Tenderer; • One Secondary Tenderer. If The Main Tenderer Fails To Comply Within The Meaning Of Article 44 Of The Royal Decree Of 14 January 2013 Establishing The General Implementation Rules For Public Contracts And Concessions For Public Works, The Secondary Tenderer May, At The Sole Discretion Of Stib, Be Called Upon To Intervene Or Replace Him. This Is To Guarantee Stib An Optimal Service Level Until The End Of The Assignment.
