Request for proposals for Consultancy to Develop a Teacher Professional Development Digital Platform Despite Kadunas historical reputation as the Centre of Learning, the state continues to experience high numbers of out-of-school children, particularly girls, children with disabilities, and children affected by poverty and displacement. Challenges related to access, retention, completion, and learning outcomes are further compounded by limited teacher professional development opportunities.
