The Purpose Of Regular Cleaning Is To Keep It Clean From Day To Day. The Purpose Of Periodic Cleaning Is A More Thorough Cleaning That Is Done Less Often. Regular Cleaning And Periodic Cleaning Must Be Offered At A Fixed Price. The Agreement Must Also Include Extraordinary Cleaning (On-Demand Cleaning), Which Must Be Offered At An Hourly Rate.
