Technical Control Services – Control Of Non-Collective Sanitation Installations In The Territory Of The Lyons Andelle Community Of Communes. Control Of Non-Collective Sanitation Installations In The Territory Of The Lyons Andelle Community Of Communes The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Carry Out Controls Of Non-Collective Sanitation Installations (Anc) On Behalf Of The Lyons Andelle Community Of Communes. The Holder Must Comply With The Requirements Of The Cctp. The Control Mission, In Accordance With The Decree Of April 27, 2012, Aims To Verify That Non-Collective Sanitation Installations Do Not Harm Public Health Or Personal Safety, And Allow The Preservation Of The Quality Of Surface And Groundwater, By Identifying Possible Environmental Or Health Risks Linked To The Design, Execution, Operation, Condition Or Maintenance Of The Installations. The Non-Collective Public Sanitation Service (Anc) Operates In All 30 Municipalities In The Lyons Andelle Community Of Communes.
