1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Post-Warranty Service And Technical And Programming Support For The Software Delivered As Part Of The Modern Police For Małopolska (Npm) System.2. The Order Covers The Following Scope Of Activities: 1) Diagnosis And Resolution Of Reported Failures In The Software Or Its Configuration; 2) Removal Of Failures In The Software, I.E. Production, Delivery And Installation (Implementation) Of Software Corrections. The Ordering Party Does Not Require Any Development Work, Except For Cases Where The Required Change Would Be A Consequence Of The Introduced Amendment; 3) Providing The Ordering Party With Technical And Programming Instructions Enabling The Removal Of Software Failures Using The Ordering Partys Own Resources; 4) Providing The Ordering Party With Consultations For Technical And Programming Support In The Field Of The Software. 5) Ensuring The Compatibility Of The System With Any Changes, Updates Or Modifications Introduced By External Entities, Including E Puap And E Delivery, In The Scope Necessary To Maintain Proper Communication And Continuity Of Operation Of The Software3. The Scope Of The Software Covered By The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz: Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz).4. The Technical Infrastructure Is Described In Annex No. 2 To The Swz: Opz5. The Number Of Reported Software Errors Within Three Years Of Implementation Is Specified In Annex 2 To The Swz: Opz.6. As Of The Date Of Initiation Of The Proceedings, No Errors Have Been Diagnosed.7. Attention! The Ordering Party Informs That, Acting Pursuant To Art. 18 Section 2 And Art. 280(3) Of The Public Procurement Law Does Not Make Parts Of The Swz Available On The Website Of The Proceedings Due To The Protection Of The Confidential Nature Of The Information Contained In The Swz. Access To This Information Will Be Possible During An On-Site Visit Or Checking The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order, Available On-Site At The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 131 Section 2 Points 1 And 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Contractors Failure To Participate In The Mandatory On-Site Visit Will Result In, In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law, His Offer Will Be Rejected. The Condition For Admission To The Visit Will Be The Submission Of A Declaration Of Confidentiality Of The Information Received By The Contractor And Persons Designated To Participate In The Visit. A Template Of The Declaration Together With The Authorization Constitutes Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Declaration Together With The Authorization Submitted By The Contractor Must Be Sent To The Ordering Party Before The Scheduled Visit Date Or Brought. The Ordering Party Will Receive Declarations Of Confidentiality Of The Information Received From Persons Participating In The Visit. People Who Want To Take Part In The Visit Must Appear On March 16, 2026 At 9:00 A.M. At The Following Location: Pass Office
