The Scope Of The Investment In Question Includes The Following Works: − Demolition Of Buildings Colliding With The Planned Road, − Execution Of Earthworks, − Construction Of New And Reconstruction Of Existing Intersections, − Construction Of A Municipal Road With A Length Of Approx. 3,050 M, − Construction Of A Municipal Road Drainage System, − Construction Of Sidewalks, − Construction Of Public And Individual Exits, − Construction Of Elements Of Road Traffic Organization And Safety, − Reconstruction Of The Existing (Unrelated) And Colliding Road. With The Investment In Question Of Underground Technical Infrastructure, Including: O Power Grids, − Construction Of New Technical Infrastructure Related To The Municipal Road, Including: O Technological Canal, O Road Lighting, O Road Drainage - Storm Sewage, − Cutting Down The Existing Low And High Greenery In The Road Strip Of The Municipal Road, − Recultivation Of Areas After The Demolition Of Existing Road Sections And Other Technical Infrastructure Devices. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 8 To The Terms Of Reference And In The Design Documentation Including The Construction Design, Technical Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Ordering Party, Acting Pursuant To Art. 121 Of The Public Procurement Law Reserves The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform The Key Part Of The Order, I.E. The Execution Of Bituminous Layers Of The Road Surface, In Particular: • Binding Layers, • Wearing Layers, • Other Asphalt Layers Provided For In The Design Documentation. The Indicated Construction Works Cannot Be Entrusted To A Subcontractor. By Personal Performance, The Ordering Party Understands The Execution Of Works By The Contractor Using Its Own Technical And Human Resources Potential. The Above Reservation Does Not Exclude The Possibility Of Entrusting Other Works Covered By The Order To Subcontractors. The Implementation Of Bituminous Layers Of The Road Surface Is An Essential Element Of Road Works And Has A Direct Impact On The Durability And Proper Functioning Of The Entire Surface Structure. These Works Require Appropriate Experience, Specialized Staff And Appropriate Technical And Equipment Resources. Due To The Significant Scope Of Works And The Length Of The Section Covered By The Order, The Correct Organization Of Works And Their Quality Are Of Key Importance To Ensure The Durability Of The Investment And Reduce The Risk Of Defects In The Future. The Requirement To Personally Perform The Indicated Part Of The Order By The Contractor Is Intended To Ensure That The Entity Applying For The Contract Has Actual Experience In The Implementation Of Road Works, Has Appropriate Staff And Equipment Necessary To Properly Perform Works Of A Similar Nature And Scale.
