The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is The Preventive And Curative Maintenance Of Stations Delivering Taxed And Zero-Rated Fuels To The Ports Of Saint Martin De Ré, Boyardville, Le Château Doléron And Occasionally Various Sites In The Department. Place(S) Of Execution: - Saint Martin De Ré - Boyardville - Le Château Doléron - And Occasionally Various Sites In The Department This Is A Single-Award Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders With A Maximum Annual Amount Of 100,000 Euros Excluding Tax. It Has A Duration Of 1 Year, Renewable 3 Times For The Same Duration And The Same Maximum Amount. It Starts From Its Notification Date. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Subsequently Entrust The Holder Of The Framework Agreement, In Application Of Articles L. 2122-1 And R. 2122-7 Of The Public Procurement Code, With One Or More New Framework Agreements Aimed At Carrying Out Similar Services.
