Vivantes Has Been Operating A Digital Archive And Document Management System (Hereinafter Referred To As Archive System) Since 2014 And Archives All Patient-Related Clinical And Administrative Files There As Well As, Among Other Things. Also Administrative Files, Accounting Documents And Project Files. Subsidiaries And Companies In The Cooperation Network Have Their Own Instances In The Archive System. The Scanning Service Is Intended To Be Provided, Among Other Things, For The Digitization Of Personnel Files, Patient Files, Study Files, And Documents From The Company Medical Service. The Scanning Service For Paper Files Must Be Carried Out At A Location On The Ags Premises (Operation As A Service Point). The Digitized Documents Must Be Automatically Transferred To The Respective Instance Of The Ags Existing Archive System.
