Place Of Delivery: Groceries Should Be Delivered To The Address Of The Activity Center In Stare Bielice, Ul. Kościelna 3, 76-039 Stare Bielice.3. The Order Includes The Successive Purchase And Delivery Of Food Products Indicated In The Table In Chapter V, Section 4 Of The Swz And In The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Note: The Quantities Given In The Price Form Are Estimated Quantities Provided For The Purposes Of Assessing And Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer. The Ordering Party Reserves That, Under The Concluded Contract, It Will Make Purchases In Quantities Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, While Not Exceeding The Value Indicated In The Content Of The Contract.4. Food Products For The Ordering Partys Needs Will Be Purchased In Batches, And The Size Of Each Batch Will Result From The Ordering Partys Unilateral Instructions, Submitted Orally, By Phone Or By E-Mail To The E-Mail Address Provided By The Contractor. 5. Deliveries Will Be Made On Business Days From Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. Within One Business Day Of Placing The Order.6. Food Products Must Be Delivered By The Contractors Car In Unit Packages Described In Section. 5 Section 4 Swz.9. The Means Of Transport By Which Foodstuffs Will Be Delivered Must Meet The Requirements Specified In Applicable Laws Regarding The Transport Of Foodstuffs.10. The Food Items Included In The Delivery Must Meet Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request, At The Time Of Delivery, Current Documents Confirming Compliance With Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements Related To The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, As Well As Documentation Regarding Food Products, Including Origin, Name Of The Manufacturer And Production Date, Quality Control Certificate - Hdi (Commercial Identification Document).
