1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation And Subsequent Execution Of Works As Part Of The Design And Build Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Comprehensive Thermal Modernization Of The Fire Station Building In Chechle.2. The Project Is Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027 Program And Includes A Comprehensive Thermal Modernization Of The Fire Stations Fire Station Building At Ul. Lipowa 17 In Chechle Drugi, Commune. Dobron.3. The Scope Of The Above Study Must Be Considered Together With The Energy Audit Prepared For The Facility.4. The Scope Of Design Work Includes In Particular: - Development Of Final Concepts, - Obtaining All Necessary Decisions, Consents And Arrangements, - Development Of A Plot Development Project, - Development Of An Architectural And Construction Project, - Development Of A Technical Design, - Development Of Detailed Construction And Workshop Drawings, - Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, - Carrying Out Authors Supervision.5. The Ordering Party Requires That Designers Have Appropriate Authorizations Required By The Construction Law To Perform Independent Technical Functions In Construction And Membership In Appropriate Professional Self-Government Organizations As Well As Competent Support Staff.6. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Program Assumptions And Execution Standard Were Specified In The Design Documentation - Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, Which Includes The Functional And Utility Program Along With All Attachments And Auxiliary Materials.7. The Remaining Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party A Detailed Material And Financial Schedule Of The Subject Of The Contract Before Signing The Agreement. The Schedule Must Include The Expected Implementation Periods For Individual Stages Of Work And All Costs Constituting The Offer Price, Included In Individual Stages, Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order.9. Together With The Acceptance Documentation, The Contractor Will Submit To The Ordering Party An As-Built Cost Estimate Prepared Using A Simplified Method, Consistent With The Arrangement Of Elements Included In The Material And Financial Schedule.
