The National Fund for Equipment and Development (CNED), hereinafter referred to as the Project Implementation Agency, intends to use part of this grant to launch a Call for Expression of Interest to recruit a Consulting Firm (hereinafter the Firm) to assist and support the implementation of the project. Objective of the Assignment The assignment aims to: Update the existing management guide for major economic and social infrastructure projects prepared in 2010 (available on CNEDs website). Develop a specific guide for assessing Environmental and Social Impact Studies (ESIA), in line with international best practices and Algerian regulations. The assignment will involve: Diagnostic and Analysis Updating and Developing Guides Validation, Dissemination, and Training The duration of the assignment is approximately six (06) months, and the working language will be French. Eligibility and Requirements Consulting firms are invited to submit their expressions of interest demonstrating their capacity and experience. Required information includes: Documentation of the firm References of similar assignments Experience in comparable missions Availability of qualified personnel Eligibility criteria and the procedure for shortlisting and selection will follow the AfDB Procurement Policy for Project-Financed Operations (October 2015 edition). One member must be designated as the lead representative, with a mandate provided. The required documents must be submitted for each member of the joint venture.
