Office Furniture – Supplying Home Workplaces And Adapted Furniture. The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Supplier To Facilitate A Healthy, Safe And Ergonomically Responsible Home Workplace For All Employees Of The Municipality Of Westland. The Following Principles Apply: 1. The Contractor Supplies, Assembles, Installs And Repairs Furniture At The Home Addresses Of (New) Employees; 2. The Furniture For The Home Workplace Must Meet The Requirements Of The Working Conditions Act, Relevant Nen/En Standards And The Requirements In The Program Of Requirements; 3. Employees Can Choose From A Desk, Office Chair, Footrest And/Or Laptop Stand; 4. Refurbished Furniture Always Has Priority Over New Furniture; 5. Upon Termination Of Employment, The Furniture Will Be Returned By The Contractor And Reused If Possible; 6. The Contractor Is Responsible For Adequate Aftercare, Warranty And A Helpdesk For Malfunctions And Questions. It Is Expected That Between 50 And 60 New Employees Will Apply For Work-From-Home Facilities. This Can Be Just An Office Chair, Just A Desk Or Both. 90% Of The Requests Concern An Office Chair And 65% A Desk. No Rights Can Be Derived From These Figures. Customized Furniture Is Provided On Average 10 Times A Year.
