The Assignment Concerns The Conclusion Of One Framework Agreement With One Entrepreneur For The Performance Of All Activities That Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Legal Obligations Under The Wia, Zw And Gatekeeper Improvement Act. Please Note: An Information Meeting Will Take Place Via Teams On Monday, March 16 From 2:30 Pm To 3:00 Pm. See Section 4.3.1 Of The Guidance For More Information. The Contractor Must Support The Contracting Authority Professionally And Independently In The Performance Of Its Tasks As A Self-Risk Bearer For The Sickness Benefits Act And The Wga, And In The Reintegration Of Clients In The First, Second And Third Track (In Particular Occupational Research). The Service Is Aimed At Achieving Sustainable Employability, Limiting The Burden Of Claims And Compliance With Legal Obligations Under The Wia, Zw And Gatekeeper Improvement Act. The Services Mainly Comprise The Following Activities Within The Applicable Legislation And Regulations (Including Zw, Wia Act, Gdpr And Professional Guidelines) And Mainly Include: Insurance Medical Services Within The Framework Of The Own Risk Bearership Wga, Including: Carrying Out Insurance Medical Examinations To Assess The Current Capacity Of Clients, Partly In Relation To The Most Recently Adopted Functional Possibilities List (Fml) Of The Uwv; Carrying Out Insurance Medical Examinations To Assess Whether There Is Complete And Permanent Disability (Iva); Preparing And Substantiating Reassessment Requests To The Uwv Based On The Results Of The Aforementioned Studies; Carrying Out A Professional Assessment Of The Chance Of Success Of Reassessment Requests At The Uwv Or Objection And Appeal Procedures (Screening); Providing Insurance Medical Advice For, Among Other Things, Reintegration (Consultation With Insurance Doctor). Acting As A Physician Authorized On Behalf Of The Client As A Self-Risk Bearer For The Sickness Benefits Act And The Wga In Objection And/Or (Appeal) Procedures Against Decisions Of The Uwv, Exclusively Insofar As This Concerns The Medical Domain. This Also Includes: Objections Regarding Conversion Of Lgu To Lau/Vvu In Accordance With The Process Described In Annex D; Drawing Up A Time Specification For The Uwv Or Court To Compensate Legal Costs Incurred By The Client In Objection Or Appeal. Advising And Supporting The Client In Objection Or (Appeal) Proceedings Submitted By Or On Behalf Of A Client And In Which The Client Has Been Involved. Labor Expert Activities, Including: Carrying Out Labor Expert Examinations And Advice In The Context Of Tracks 1 And 2, Self-Risk Bearer Sickness Benefits Act And Wga. Testing And Assessing Uwv Labor Expert Reports Within The Self-Risk Bearer Sickness Benefits Act And The Wga; Providing Labor Expert Support In Objection And Appeal Procedures Against Decisions Of The Uwv. Labor Expert Activities, Including: Carrying Out Labor Expert Examinations And Advice In The Context Of Tracks 1 And 2, Self-Risk Bearer Sickness Benefits Act And Wga.
