The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Building Of Primary School No. 263. Powstańców Wielkopolskich At Ul. Szegedyńska 11 In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program Developed Under The Name Modernization Of The Building Of Primary School No. 263 At Ul. Szegedyńska 11 In The Bielany District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw.1. The Scope Of Work Includes: A) Preparation Of Documentation, Defined In §4 Section 2 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454, As Amended), In Accordance With This Functional And Utility Program, Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Construction And Detailed Technical Specifications, B) Execution Of Complete Construction And Assembly Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, C) Preparation Of An Inspection Report Along With Instructions For Maintenance And Operation Of Devices, D) Carrying Out Authors Supervision. 2. As Part Of The Construction And Assembly Works, The Following Should Be Performed: - Comprehensive Replacement Of The Heating Substation; - Comprehensive Replacement Of The Central Heating Installation; - Maintaining The Operation Of The Technological Heating Installation For The Sports Hall Module No. Hygienic And Sanitary, Taking Into Account Changes In The Functional Arrangement Adapting Hygienic And Sanitary Rooms To Modern Technical And Legal Requirements, Ensuring Appropriate Ventilation Parameters Of Hygienic And Sanitary Rooms Using Hybrid Ventilation, As Well As Meeting The Accessibility Requirements Within The Accessibility Standards Of The Capital City Of Warsaw; - Comprehensive Thermal Modernization Of The Façade, Including The Installation Of Under-Wall Lightning Protection Installations And Façade Installation Of Control Connectors; - Replacement Of External Window And Door Joinery Along With With Accompanying Sheet Metal Work; - Comprehensive Thermal Modernization Of The Roof.3. The Contractor Will Obtain, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, All Documents, Data And Information Necessary For The Design, Including: Maps, Technical Conditions, Opinions, Permits And Decisions Enabling The Performance Of Works Covered By The Design Documentation, Arrangements Between The Owners And Users Of The Existing And Planned Infrastructure (If Required), Data Necessary For The Proper Preparation Of Documentation And Carrying Out The Investment Process, Including The Performance Of Actions Required By Regulations And Administrative Acts Towards Third Parties On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, With The Exception Of Legal Actions In Which The Personal Presence Of The Ordering Party Is Necessary. 4.
