The Subject Of The Order Is: Periodic Cleaning Of Chimney Flues In The Resources Of The Siemianowice Śląskie Commune. The Scope Of Work Includes: Frequency Of Cleaning Chimney Flues During The Term Of The Contract: - In Buildings Where The Solid Fuel Combustion Process Takes Place, Clean The Smoke Ducts Three Times; - In Buildings Where The Combustion Of Liquid Fuel Or Gas Takes Place, Clean The Flue Gas Ducts Twice; - Clean The Ventilation Ducts Once A Year. The Detailed Scope Of Work Includes: - Cleaning Of Chimney Flues Using Appropriate Chimney Sweeping Tools, Consisting In Cleaning The Flue Along The Entire Available Length From Volatile And Mobile Pollutants (Soot, Ashes And Dust) Along With Removing Soot From The Property Area On Its Own And At Its Own Expense. The Person Conducting The Proceedings Will Require From The Selected Contractor: A) A Cleaning Schedule With Cleaning Dates For Individual Buildings, B) Notices About Cleaning That Will Be Posted By The Contractor In The Staircases, C) At Least 3 Days Before The Planned Cleaning Date, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Notices To The Administration For Signing And Sealing, D) The Contractor Himself Will Hang The Notices About Cleaning The Chimney Flues In The Staircases. The Subject Of The Order Covers The Scope In Accordance With The Journal Of Laws. Laws Of June 7, 2010 – Regulation Of The Minister Of Interior And Administration On Fire Protection Of Buildings, Other Structures And Areas. The Given Quantities Of Chimney Flues Are Approximate And May Change During The Execution Of The Order.
