The Work Of Operation And Maintenance For 02 (Two) Years Of All The Equipment Including All Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Works Of The Small Hydro Power Plant-1 At Chainage 20670 Mtr Including 66Kv Switchyard For Kachchh Branch Canal, Ssnnl-Operation of the Small Hydro Power Plant-1 including 66 KV Switchyard at chainage 20670 Mtr for the Kachchh Branch Canal as per scope of work of technical part of the tender . Daily /Monthly /Quarterly /Half-Yearly/Yearly maintenance Breakdown & Preventive) charges of all Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and control & instrumentation equipments /works /system installed at the Small Hydro Power Plant -1 including 66 KV Switchyard all facilities created by the EPC contractor viz Hydro Power Plant on building, control room, utility building, guest house, staff quarters etc. as a whole as per scope of work and required consumable item, required tools & tackles at Beda Village KBC SHPP 1 as per scope of work of technical part of the tender. Insurance Coverage of all the equipments of SHPP covering Standard Fire and special peril policy and burglary, as per (C) of the INSURANCE” of technical part of the tender. On submission of Annual testing and health check-up report of all Electrical/ Mechanical/C&l systems with relay testing and coordination report. Gear Box Lubricating Oil (Grade VG-320) replacement after 2500 Hours of running of all Machine (Supply & Replacement of Oil for Each Machine having capacity 530 Ltr approx.). (As per OEM guide line) Supply of Transformer Insulating Power OIL (Lumpsum) Turbine OPU (03 Nos) Supply of Hydrolic Oil (Grade VG-46) for topping during the year. (Lumpsum) Numbers of Data Sim Card Activation for RTU (02 at Control Room) & ABT meters (03 at GETCO SS End) and 01 Sim Card at Control Room for Operational Activity Charges. Internet Charges payable for Real Time Power Data to the ALDC/SLDC. Forebay cleaning - Clearing the Silt from existing forebay area/ Canal By digging the same to the bed level and gradient including depositing the excavated earth regularly on spoil bank. Providing excavator/ backhoe with sufficient manpower for cleaning of outside surrounding area including Jungle cutting. Providing and applying the two coats of synthetic enamel paint & one priming coat on existing structural steel and other metal surface of Water-Cooling Pipes, Shutters, Fencing, OPU Pipes, LOS Pipes, Entry Gate Structures etc. Divers team charges with Hydra & Sealing of gates (Including Transportation & require sealing materials) for the sealing of Gates during the Maintenance activity of the Generating Turbine Units.
