Transmission Apparatus For Radiotelephony, Radiotelegraphy, Radio Broadcasting And Television – Framework Agreement For The Supply And Implementation Of Vhf Transmitter Systems. Südwestrundfunk (Swr), The Public Broadcaster Of Ard, Covers The Federal States Of Baden-Württemberg And Rhineland-Palatinate, A Broadcasting Area In Which A Total Of Around 15 Million People Live. In Addition, The Swr Supplies The Ard Community Program And Uses Online Distribution Channels. The Swr Operates Its Own Terrestrial Vhf Transmitter Network In Baden-Württemberg And Rhineland-Palatinate At Around 100 Locations To Supply The Population With Analogue Radio Programs. The Fm Transmitters Have Been Regularly Renewed Over The Past Decades To Ensure High Quality Fm Coverage. Old Vhf Transmitters Will Also Have To Be Replaced In The Next Few Years. The Vhf Transmitter Systems To Be Replaced Have Reached The End Of Their Technical Life Cycle With Over 20 Years Of Operation; Operation Can No Longer Be Ensured Through Maintenance And Servicing Alone. The Client Places The Following Requirements On The Contractors Services:  Provision Of A Project Manager As The Central Contact Person For The Client, Participation In A Kick-Off Appointment At The Beginning Of The Contract Term  Proof Of Type Sample Testing In Accordance With The Ard Technical Guidelines For All Affected Components Offered. Delivery Of Vhf Transmitter Systems: • Vhf Transmitter With 10 Kw Transmission Power And Water Cooling • Vhf Transmitter With 5 Kw Transmission Power And Water Cooling • Functional Components For The Construction Of The Transmitter Systems - Pumps - Transmitter Setup Kits - Measuring Points (Directional Couplers) - Test Loads - Test Load Setup Kits - Heat Exchangers With Other Associated Functional Components (E.G. Heat Exchanger Frames, Stainless Steel Piping, Cooling Water Hoses, Etc.) - Switch Connections  Services For Implementation At The Locations Of The Transmitter Systems: • Structural Inspection (Btb) • Planning Services (E.G. Rack Plans, Electrical Connections, Etc.) • Delivery Services • Construction Of The Transmitter Systems • Construction Work On The Cooling System • Commissioning And Acceptance Of The Transmitter Systems At The Respective Location  Services In The Regular Operation Of The Vhf Transmitter Systems: • Technical Support (Optional) • Spare Parts Supply Swr As The Client Intends To Carry Out The Technical Renewal Of Several Large Fm Transmitters Between 2026 And 2029. The Aim Of The Procurement Process Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Suitable Contractor For The Delivery And Implementation Of 7 Large Fm Transmitters At Locations In Baden-Württemberg And Rhineland-Palatinate. The Contractor Must Be Able To Prepare The Renovations Described In These Documents, To Provide The Necessary Delivery And Installation Services, As Well As To Assemble Them At The Locations, Integrate Them And Finally Put Them Into Operation Together With Swr. The Services Are Commissioned For Each Broadcasting Location As A Request From This Framework Agreement. At Least Two Locations Per Calendar Year Are Planned For Renewal. The B
