The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions, And Then The Implementation Of Construction Works For The Investment Consisting In The Reconstruction Of A Bridge Structure Located Along The District Road No. 1290D In Łososiowice. The Task Should Be Carried Out In The Design And Build System.3. The Facility In Question Is A Reinforced Concrete Bridge Located Along District Road No. 1290D At Km 1+517. The Facility Is Located On Plot No. 331/1, Am-1, Piotroniowice District, And Is Located On The Juszka River. The Bridge In Question Has Jni Number 01013139.4. The Entire Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of: 1) Design Documentation Necessary For The Proper Performance Of All Construction Works And Obtaining All Required Opinions, Arrangements, Approvals, Conditions, Decisions And Permits Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Along With Obtaining A Building Permit, Developing And Obtaining Approval Of Permanent And Temporary Traffic Organization Designs. A) The Documentation Should Include, In Particular: A. A Map For Design Purposes, B. An Inventory Of The Existing Facility Along With A Demolition Project, C. A Geotechnical Opinion Along With Documentation Of Subsoil Tests, D. A Construction Design, E. Detailed Design, F. Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, G. Investors Cost Estimate And Bill Of Quantities, H. Temporary And Final Traffic Organization Design. 2) All Construction Works In Accordance With The Scope Of The Order On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Developed By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party, Referred To In The Above-Mentioned. Point 1, And All Preparatory Works Necessary To Perform The Scope Of The Agreement And Perform All Activities Required By Law;5. The Order Also Includes Obtaining All Necessary Consents And Decisions Necessary To Use The Facility. Arrangements With The Polish Waters State Water Management Authority Are The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party.6. The Ordering Party Points Out That The Entire Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Swz, Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice.7. Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In Relation To The Subject Of The Order1) The Contractor Will Develop Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The Facility And Obtain A Construction Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party.
