The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions, And Then The Implementation Of Construction Works For The Investment Consisting In The Reconstruction Of A Bridge Structure Located Along The District Road No. 1294D In The Town Of Prawaków. The Task Should Be Carried Out In The Design And Build System.3. The Object In Question Is A Brick Bridge Located Along The District Road No. 1294D At Km 0+120. The Facility Is Located On Plot No. 227/2, Am-1, Prawiki District (Ownership Of Wołowski County) And Partially On Plot No. 263, Am-1, Prawiki District (Ownership Of Pgw Wody Polskie) And Is Located On The Młynna Stream. The Bridge In Question Has Jni Number 01013133.4. The Entire Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of: 1) Design Documentation Necessary For The Proper Performance Of All Construction Works And Obtaining All Required Opinions, Arrangements, Approvals, Conditions, Decisions And Permits Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Along With Obtaining A Building Permit, Developing And Obtaining Approval Of Permanent And Temporary Traffic Organization Designs. A) The Documentation Should Include, In Particular: A. A Map For Design Purposes, B. An Inventory Of The Existing Facility Along With A Demolition Project, C. A Geotechnical Opinion Along With Documentation Of Subsoil Tests, D. A Construction Design, E. Detailed Design, F. Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, G. Investors Cost Estimate And Bill Of Quantities, H. Design Of Temporary And Final Traffic Organization. 2) All Construction Works In Accordance With The Scope Of The Order On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Developed By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party, Referred To In The Above-Mentioned.
