1) Part 1 - Cluster Delivery (Server, Matrix And Network Card) - Devices Must Be Brand New, Come From The Manufacturers Authorized Sales Channel And Represent The Model Of The Current Production Line. The Following Devices Are Not Allowed: Refurbished, Demonstration Or Post-Exhibition Devices. - Devices With Legal Defects In Terms Of The Origin Of The Equipment, Technical Support And Manufacturers Warranty Are Not Allowed. - The Components Of The Devices Must Be Products Of The Device Manufacturer Or Be Certified By Him, And The Entire Device Must Be Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty. - Devices Must Be Delivered To The Ordering Party In The Manufacturers Original Packaging. - Each Device Must Be Accompanied By A Set Of Standard User Documentation In Polish Or English In Paper Or Electronic Form. - Devices At The Stage Of Delivery Between The Manufacturer And The Ordering Party, They Cannot Be Subject To Modifications. - All Offered Equipment (Server And Matrix) Must Have One Point Of Warranty Repairs.
