4.1 The Subject Of The Order Are Services Consisting In The Ongoing Maintenance Of The Ożarowski Canal River Bed And Mowing. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed On The Basis Of An Agreement Concluded With The State Water Management Company Wody Polskie. The Ożarowski Canal River At Km 0+0130-17+480; Slope Slope 1:1.5; Average Bottom Width 1-2 M; The Depth Ranges From 1.60 To 2.96 M; Location: Ożarów Mazowiecki Commune; Western Warsaw District; Masovian Voivodeship. 4.2 The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Carrying Out Maintenance Works On The River Corridor. The Ożarowski Canal, Including Maintenance Of The Bed And Slopes, Mowing Of The Bed And Sides, Hacking, Partial Desilting And Necessary Repairs Of Water Facilities In The Commune; - Maintaining The Current Order And Cleanliness Of The Ożarowski Canal River Bed And Both Sides Of The Exploitation Strips, Together With The Disposal Of Collected Pollutants; 4.2.1 The Scope Of Services Includes: - Manual Or Mechanical Mowing Of Slopes, Bottom And Roadside With Raking And Placing Into Piles;- Cutting Out Bushes And Suckers Growing On Slopes, Roadsides And In The Bottom With Fragmentation;- Mechanical Extraction Of Plants Rooting In The Bottom;- Mechanical Spreading And Fragmentation Of Extracted Plants Rooting In The Bottom;- Cleaning And Any Necessary Repairs Of Culverts; - Dismantling Dams; - Facing, Repairing Damaged Slopes; - Desludging; - Removing Plant Material Or Fragments Thereof; - Carrying Out The Above Works, If Necessary, In An Emergency Mode At The Request Of The Employer.4.3 The Task Is Included In The Commune Budget For 2026 In Section 900, Chapter 90095 §4270.4.4 Cpv Codes: 90721800-5 - Protection Services Against Natural Risk Or Threat77300000-3 - Services Horticultural45246000-3 - Works In The Field Of River Regulation And Flood Control4.5 A Detailed Description Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In This Swz And In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Excluding Indent 3), Which Consists Of: - Opz (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract), - Graphic Attachments With The Mileage Of The Ożarowski Canal River, - Bill Of Quantities Specifying The Expected Scope Of Works - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4.6 Annex No. 1 To The Swz Contains The Expected Quantitative Scope Of Work To Be Performed. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Introduce Changes In The Type Of Work (Number And Multiplicity), As Well As To Use Alternative Works Between Individual Items Of Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Multiplicity Of Individual Activities Resulting From The Bill Of Quantities Due To Current Needs And Environmental Conditions Persisting During The Duration Of The Service, E.G.
