The Subject Of The Contract Is The Repair (Replacement) Of Water Supply Lines In The Village Of Květná, Namely The Construction Of New Water Supply Lines. Replacement Of Water Lines Includes The Following: Plumbing Series V1 • Pe 100 Rc2 Sdr11 Dn 110X10.0 Mm In A Total Length Of 1114 M • Connection To The Existing Water Supply Lines – 2 Units In Total. Water Lines V2 And V3 Are Not The Subject Of This Public Contract. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Described In Detail In The Following Documentation: • Project Documentation For The Execution Of The Building, Prepared By The Design Firm Jafis, S.R.O., Moravská 786, 570 01 Litomyšl, Id: 25963244, Project Authorization: Ing. Josef Pulda, Csc., Authorized Engineer For Water Management Constructions, Čkait: 1001425 (Appendix No. 5 Of The Tender Documentation), • Unpriced Statement Of Measurements - Blind Budget (Annex No. 6 Of The Procurement Documentation), • Draft Contract For The Work (Annex No. 4 Of The Procurement Documentation), • The Statement Of The Managers Of Engineering Networks, The Opinions Of The Relevant State Administration Bodies And The Statement Of The Owners Of The Land Concerned, Which Are Part Of The Project Documentation (Annex No. 5 Of The Tender Documentation). Part Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Also The Laying Out Of The Route Of The New Water Main, Including Discussions With The Owners Of The Affected Land Before The Actual Implementation. The Contracting Authority Hereby Expressly Draws The Attention Of The Participants To The Fact That An Application For A Subsidy From The Budget Funds Of The Pardubice Region For The Year 2026 Will Be Submitted For The Implementation Of The Work In Question, And The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Withdraw From The Implementation In The Event That The Application For A Subsidy Is Not Approved And Funds Are Not Provided From The Budget Of The Pardubice Region.
