The Subject Of The Performance Of A Small-Scale Public Contract Is The Development Of Project Documentation For The Complete Reconstruction Of The M13 Bridge Over The Bartošovický Potok In The Following Scope: Project Documentation For The Issuance Of A Building Permit And Construction Implementation, In The Scope Of: A. Provision And Surveying Of All Land Affected By The Construction And Existing Engineering Networks, Incl. Opinions Of Their Owners, Operators Or Administrators, Land Owners And Their Inclusion In The Pd (Draft Technical Solution); B. Project Documentation For Building Permits And Construction Implementation, Including The Budget And Statement Of Measurements Meeting The Requirements According To The Relevant Legal Regulations - Decree No. No. 499/2006 Coll., On Documentation Of Buildings, Annex No. 12, As Amended; C. Documentary Part, I.E. The Opinions And Statements Of The Relevant State Administration And Self-Government Bodies, The Statements Of Network Administrators And Processing Of Consents From Land Owners And Neighboring Land Owners, And Their Incorporation Into The Project; D. Itemized Construction Budget, Blind Construction Budget And Measurement Statement According To Decree No. 230/2012 Coll., For Selecting A Contractor; The Contracting Authority Has At Its Disposal A Report From The Main Inspection Of The Bridge, Which Took Place In 2024 And Is An Integral Attachment Of The Tender Documentation, Due To The Date Of Preparation, The Condition Of The Bridge May Not Correspond To The Established Condition. The Prepared Project Documentation Will Be Handed Over With The Issued Building Permit And With The Clause Of Acquisition Of Legal Force. The Project Documentation Will Be Secured By The Bidder In The Entire Scope Of The Tender Documentation.
