Check And Correct Abnormal Noises And Vibrations In The Evaporator; · Check And Eliminate Dirt, Damage And Corrosion. · Check And Correct The Operation Of The Remote Control., Semiannual Preventive Maintenance On Air Conditioning Units, Including: · Carry Out All Services For The Quarterly Activity; · Check, Calibrate And Correct Thermostat Performance In Room Temperature Control; · Measure And Record Supply, Return And Ambient Air Temperatures; · Check And Eliminate Damage, Dirt And Corrosion On The Cabinet, Coil Frame And Tray; · Check And Eliminate Damage And Dirt On The Coil And Trays By Removing Biofilm (Sludge) From The Evaporator; · Check And Correct Thermal Protectors And Insulation; · Check And Correct The Sealing Of The Cabinet Closing Panels; · Check The Refrigerant Charge And Correct Leaks; · Check And Correct Component Fixing Screws; · Retighten The Terminals, Screws And Springs; · Measure And Record Electrical Voltage In The Power Supply, Compressor, Motors And Fan; · Check And Correct The Condition Of The Wiring, Terminals And Electrical Contacts Of The Condenser And Evaporator; · Carry Out Indoor Air Quality Analysis In Air Conditioned Environments For Public And Collective Use In Accordance With Anvisa Resolution 9., Annual Preventative Maintenance On Air Conditioning Equipment, Including: · Carrying Out All Services For Quarterly And Semi-Annual Activities; . Check And Correct Abnormal Noises And Vibrations In The Condenser; · Check And Eliminate Dirt, Damage And Corrosion, Including The Conditioner Cabinet And Fans (Housing And Rotor); · Check And Eliminate Damage And Dirt On The Condenser Coil; · Check And Correct The Compressor Thermal Protector; · Check The Condition Of The Cabinets Thermal-Acoustic Insulation; · Check, Calibrate And Correct Safety Devices (High/Low And Oil Pressure Switches), Thermal Relays And Fuses; · Check The Operation Of The Expansion Valve And Flow Controls; · Check Selector Switch; · Check And Correct Fixing And Vibration Dampers Of The Fan And Compressor Motor; Check And Correct The Capacitor Of The Fan Motor And Compressor., Installation Of A Split Air Conditioning Unit Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Installation Manuals That Accompany The Respective Devices And Specific Technical Standards, With The Aim Of Maintaining The Equipment In Perfect Conditions Of Use, Ensuring Adequate Environmental Climate Control.
