Transport Vehicle, Van, Closed. The Vehicle Must Have A Built-In Engine-Driven Cooling Device. The Cargo Area Of ​​The Vehicle Must Be Thermally Insulated, The Vehicle Must Be Certified And Equipped With A Thermal Printer. When Delivering The Vehicle, The Offeror Is Obliged To Hand Over To The Customer The Atest - Test Certificate, That Is, An Official Document Issued By An Authorized Institution.
