Lift-Maintenance Services – Provision Of Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Service For Lifting Devices, Mechanical Stairlifts, Doors And Automatic Barriers Of Municipal Public Buildings And Whose Operation Is Dependent On The Majadahonda City Council.. The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Execution Of The Following Works, Subject To What Is Established In The Technical Specifications: The Provision Of The Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Service Of The Lifting Devices, Mechanical Stair Lifts, Doors And Automatic Barriers Of The Municipal Public Buildings And Whose Operation Is Dependent On The Majadahonda City Council, These Maintenance Being Considered Essential Obligations In The Contract That Is Being Processed. The Scope Of These Services Includes The Aforementioned Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Of The Facilities In The Buildings Listed In Point 3 Of The Ppt, And The Successful Bidder Must Take Charge Of These Facilities, Covering All Of Their Elements. The Work To Be Carried Out On The Elevators, Mechanical Stairlifts, Doors And Automatic Barriers Mentioned Above Includes The Performance Of The Operations Considered Essential Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Obligations, All In Accordance With The Technical Specifications Of The Installed Machinery, According To The Documentation Provided In Annex I Of The Technical Prescription Document, And With The Indications Of The City Council And Subject To The Applicable State And Regional Regulations. The Characteristics Of The Service Are Detailed In Points 4 And 5 Of The Technical Prescription Document.
