All Necessary Testing Such As Factory Acceptance Test, Pre-Commissioning At SupplierS Workplace And Performance Test At Qatalum Site To Be Performed By The Supplier With Presence Of Qatalum Representatives. All Transportation Activities From SupplierS Manufacturing Plant To Qatalum Will Be Under SupplierS Scope. Supplier Shall Provide Under Warranty Support For The Ups For 2 Year From The Date Of Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Ups At Qatalum. Along With Supply Of Ups; Supplier Shall Provide All Required Diagnostic And Calibration Tool To Qatalum Along With Training To Use The Tools To Qatalum Maintenance Personnel. Supplier Shall Provide Soft Copy And 3 Sets Of Spare Parts Manual, Maintenance Manual, Operation Manual, Service Manual And Electrical Circuits Diagrams Availability Of Experienced And Qualified Support Engineer To Attend The On-Call Requirements Of Qatalum Within Warranty Period For Breakdown Repairs Without Any Additional Cost Impact. Supplier Shall Perform The Pdi (Pre-Delivery Inspection) With Oem Recommended Spares, Prior To Mobilization To Qatalum. Supplier Shall Agree To Give Information Related To Progress On Delivery Of Eta To Qatalum Every 1St Week Of Each Month After Receiving The Loa. On Successful Commissioning Qatalum Shall Provide Acceptance Certificate. Payment Shall Be Released Upon The Successful Commissioning Of The Machine And Acceptance From Qatalum Reduction Department.
