Bids Are Invited For Remodelling Works In The Existing Molecular Genetics Lab And Reorganization/Renovation Works In The Immunogenomics Main Lab And Newly Allotted Room At Nii, New Delhi; 1 Dismantling of existing aluminium partitions, doors and glass, board and beading etc. in the lab room 2 Fixing the existing aluminium materials along with glass & board etc. at desired locations after necessary modifications with P/F new rubber gasket as per site requirement. 3 Providing and fixing 17/18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and pre polished, machine cut and approved colour granite stone over the existing lab benches and over the existing two shelves (Hutch) with silicon glue etc. as per site requirement. 4 Fabrication and supply of laboratory table of size(4'-6" length) up to 2’-6” width and up to 3’ height made of 25x25 mm MS square pipe(14 Gauge), 18mm thick commercial ply, 6mm thick commercial ply, 1mm thick sun mica fixing on exposed portion,0.8mm thick Sunmica fixing inside the table, 17/ 18mm thick granite stone top as per approved colour and smooth finish edges and PVC binding tape on all edges and having right & left side one drawer, one shutter, middle two shelves in the bottom and complete with all hardware such as handles, locks, magnetic catchers, hinges with painting on ms frame works as required. 5 Fabrication and fixing of two shelves (Hutch) of size up to 2’-6” height, up to 1’-6” width made of 25x25mm MS square pipe frame (14 gauge), 17/18 mm thick granite stone top on both shelves, wooden raceways (both sides) to accommodate the switches/sockets and complete with all hardware and painting the ms frame etc. Hutch fixing on lab table as per site requirement. 6 Fabrication of laboratory instrument table (4' length) of size up to 1mm thick sunmica fixing on exposed portion,0.8mm thick sunmica fixing inside the rack and PVC binding tape on all edges having four shelves, three partitions and two shutters complete with all hardware such as handles, locks, magnetic catchers, hinges etc. 12 Fabrication and fixing of wooden rack on existing two shelves hutch of size up to 1’-6” depth, up to 2’ height made of 18mm thick commercial ply, 6mm thick commercial ply, 1mm thick sunmica fixing on exposed portion, 0.8mm thick sunmica fixing inside the rack and PVC binding tape on all edges having three openable shutters, two shelves middle in the racks and partition as required and complete with all hardware such as handles, locks, magnetic catchers, hinges etc. 13 Fabrication and fixing wooden shutters and shelves up to 30” depth made of 18mm thick commercial ply, 1mm thick sunmica fixing on exposed portions, 0.8mm thick sunmica fixing on inside the door and both sides of the shelves and mirandi wood frame outside of the shutters and complete with all hardware such as handles, locks, magnetic catchers, hinges etc. 14 Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. 15 Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (A) For fixed portion Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) (B) For shutters of doors For shutters of doors including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required inclusing all necessary fitttings. 16 Providing and fixing float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm) or 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides 17 Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor & skirting with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints. Size of Tile 600x600 mm 18 Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 19 Fabrication and supply of working table of size width 2’, height 3’ made of 25x25 mm MS tubular square pipe(14 Gauge),18mm thick commercial ply fixing on the top with one side laminate, 17/ 18mm thick granite stone top as approved colour and smooth finish edges and complete with painting work etc. as required. 20 Providing and fixing shelf in the existing table made of 18mm thick commercial ply, 1mm thick laminate fixing on both side of the shelf and shelf fixing bottom side of the table with screws etc. as required. (Size approx 20 Sqft) 21 Fabrication and fixing wooden rack of size 12” depth made of 18mm thick commercial ply, 6mm thick commercial ply, 1mm thick laminate fixing on exposed portion, 0.8mm thick laminate fixing inside the table and PVC edges binding tape on all edges having open able shutters, shelves as required and complete with all hardware handles, locks, magnetic catchers, hinges etc. as required. 22 Providing and fixing Z- Black 17/18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and pre polished, machine cut and approved colour over the existing laboratory table with silicon glue etc. as per site requirement. 23 Fabrication and fixing of two shelves (Hutch) of size up to 2’-6” height, up to 1’-6” width made of 25x25mm MS square pipe frame (14 gauge), 17/18 mm thick granite stone top on both shelves, wooden raceways (both sides) to accommodate the switches/sockets and complete with all hardware and painting the ms frame etc. Hutch fixing on lab table as per site requirement. 24 Fabrication and supply of laboratory table of size up to 2’-7” width and up to 3’ height made of 25x25 mm MS square pipe(14 Gauge), 18mm thick commercial ply, 6mm thick commercial ply, 1mm thick laminate fixing on exposed portion,0.8mm thick laminate fixing inside the table, Z- Black 17/ 18mm thick granite stone top as approved colour and smooth finish edges and PVC edges binding tape on all edges having right side three drawers as required and complete with all hardware handles, locks, magnetic catchers, hinges with painting on ms frame works as required. 25 Fabrication and fixing wooden shutters with wooden frame made of 18mm thick commercial ply, 1mm thick laminate fixing on exposed portions. 0.8mm thick laminate fixing on inside the shutter and mirandi wood frame and complete with all hardware handles, locks, magnetic catchers, hinges etc. 26 Providing and fixing wooden raceway of size 5” x2” made of 12mm thick commercial ply and finished with 1mm thick sunmica sheet on three side of raceway and complete with painting works as required. 27 Providing and fixing 100mm Regular Vertical Blinds of approved colour and shade and complete with installation as per site requirement.
