The Subject Of Performance Includes, In Particular, The Execution, Completion And Delivery Of The Object Of The Work, Including The Procurement Of All Manpower, Mechanisms, Materials, Construction Site Equipment, As Well As Other Equipment And Auxiliary Structures, As Well As All Work, Services, Products, Supplies And Performances That Are Needed Permanently Or Temporarily For The Execution And Completion Of The Work Until Its Acceptance By The Client, Or Permission For Use By The Building Authority (Issuance Of Approval Decision), Including Removal Of All Defects And Unfinished Works By The Contractor.
