Annexture 13 14 Deployment of 4 nos. x 3 shifts road sweepers per day during the monsoon period 1st june to 15th oct. and before monsoon (01st April 2026 to 31st May 2026) & after monsoon 2x2 shift up to 31 st march 2027 for removing floating materials from sump, cleaning the premises, taking out the garbages from pump impeller and miscellaneous work .:- 2556 shift 15 Deployment of 4 nos. x 3 shifts pump operator per day during the monsoon period from 1st june to 15th oct. before monsoon (01st April 2026 to 31st May 2026) & 2x3 shift up to 31 st march-2027 the operation of pumps.:- 3012 shift Sl. Particulars 1 Cost for providing labour, tools and tackles at site for opening all coupling bolts of 125 HP CF motor and pump and all the electrical connections of motor, taking down motor from its base by top lifting of motor from motor base and stacking the motor at proper place and reinstallation of motor on base, doing coupling of motor with pump and after repair of pump . 2 Cost for opening and dismantling 125 HP pump rotating assembly in workshop and tacking out impeller, pump shaft and bearings from bearing housing, thrust collar, grease shield of DE & NDE, shaft sleeve, spacer sleeve, bearing cover, etc, and cleaning all inner components for ready for repair and reassembaling of pump after repair. 3 Cost for re-metaling, turning and polishing of SS 410 pump shaft and rethreading two points & straightening the shaft by hydraulic pressure machine. 4 Cost for supply and fitting of bronze bush of pump of size 102 mm OD x 90 mm ID x 152 mm long 5 Cost for supplying and fitting of spherical roller ball bearing SKF 22320 E of driving end including 5% fitting charge, CP 10% & 1% labour cess. 6 Cost for supplying and fitting of angular contact ball bearing SKF 7317 BECBJ of DE including 5% fitting charge, CP10% , & 1% labour cess. 7 Cost for rubber insertion 1/8” thick. 8 Cost for making steel key for impeller and coupling pulley. 9 Cost for making, supplying and fitting impeller lock screw made of SS 316 with full thread with washer. 10 Cost for supplying and fitting lock nut for bearing with washer. 11 Cost for fitting consumable materials such as grease 10 kg, gland packing 5/8”- 10 kg, cotton waste, packing paper, rubber water thrower etc as required at the time of fitting of pump. 12 Cost for reassembling of pump shaft, its accessories into the bearing housing and fitting of impeller in workshop. 13 Cost for supplying all labours, tools & tackles at site for fitting of bearing housing along with impeller with pump casing and tightening all holding bolts and nuts of pump casing, checking alignment of pump bearing housing, etc all complete. 14 Cost for supplying and fitting bolts and nuts of different sizes with washer. 15 Deduct : Cost of Scrap materials Stainless steel 1 Cost for providing labour, tools and tackles at site for opening all coupling bolts of 240 HP CF motor and pump and all the electrical connections of motor, taking down motor from its base by top lifting of motor from motor base and stacking the motor at proper place and reinstallation of motor on base, doing coupling of motor with pump and after repair of pump 2 Cost for providing all labours, tools and tackles at site for opening of all bolts and nuts of pump casing and bearing housing & taking out of bearing housing together with impeller and coupling and pump shaft (complete rotating assembly). 3 Cost for opening and dismantling 240 HP pump rotating assembly in workshop and tacking out impeller, pump shaft and bearings from bearing housing, thrust collar, grease shield of DE & NDE, shaft sleeve, spacer sleeve, bearing cover, etc, and cleaning all inner components for ready for repair. 4 Cost for streightening of S.S.412 pump shaft on hydraulic press machine. 5 Cost for supply and fitting of bronze bush of shaft of size 108 mm ID x 128 mm OD x 250 mm long 6 Cost for supplying and fitting of ball bearing SKF 7220 BECBM for DE including 5% fitting charge, 10% CP, & 1% labour cess. 7 Cost for supplying and fitting of ball bearing SKF 23122 CC/W33 for NDE including 5% fitting charge, 10% CP, & 1% labour cess. 8 Cost for repairing of worn out portion of impeller of the pump by welding with S. S. electrodes and turning, finishing to the accurate size of the impeller. 9 Cost for rubber insertion 1/8” thick. 10 Cost for supplying and fitting lock nut for bearing. 11 Cost for supplying and fitting SS lock washer. 12 Cost for making, supplying and fitting SS 410 stainless steel impeller locking bolt of size 1” dia x 10” long of impeller. 13 Cost for making, supplying and fitting SS 410 stainless steel impeller lock washer of impeller. 14 Cost for fitting consumable materials such as grease 2 kg, gland packing 5/8”- 2 kg, cotton waste, packing paper, rubber water thrower etc as required at the time of fitting of pump. 15 Cost for reassembling of pump accessories such as shaft, impeller, locking bolt, locking nuts, grease shiels of DE & NDE, bearing cover, shaft sleeve, spacer sleeve and bearing into the bearing housing and fitting of impeller in workshop. 16 Cost for supplying all labours, tools & tackles at site for fitting of bearing housing along with impeller with pump casing and tightening all holding bolts and nuts of pump casing, checking alignment of pump bearing housing, etc all complete. 17 Cost for transportation of pump and its accessories from Saidpur pump house to firm workshop and back to pump house (The total weight of pump and accessories is approximately 800 kg & work shall be undertaken by loading on Pick-up Van). 18 Cost for supplying and fitting bolts and nuts of different sizes with spring & plane washer. 19 Deduct : Cost of Scrap materials bronze. etc)
